Working at Randy's Homemade Ice Cream can be a lot of fun but also a LOT of hard work! Customers can be demanding. Team members are expected to greet customers with a smile and a welcome awareness of their presence, demonstrate a strong knowledge of ice cream flavors, confidently and politely offer helpful suggestions to customers. Remain professional and patient during busy and pressured moments. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as opportunities for skill development and teamwork. The more reliable, consistent, and driven you are - and the more you work - the more you earn.
