Q. How often do you change flavors?

Randy has an abundance of recipes and flavor ideas to help the most passionate of ice cream lovers to enjoy a flavor. Changing flavors helps ensure your enjoyment, and ice cream freshness. You won’t find a bucket of ice cream gathering frost. We’re told that, “Variety is the spice of life.” Try something new or pare it with your trusted favorite flavor. Either way, Enjoy!

Q. Do you offer toppings?

Randy’s Homemade Ice Cream is carefully crafted and savory that you won’t need to drown your ice cream in cheap sauces or canned syrups. We do offer limited dry and wet toppings. Every now and then you’ll find a limited time new topping to complement a flavored ice cream.

Q. Do you offer samples?

Yes. We’re happy to offer samples when time allows. During busy periods we may need to skip samples so we can serve everyone quickly. Thanks for understanding and kindness! (Hint: Best time to ask for samples are slow hours during the day)

Q. Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we will be offering “plastic gift cards” in the near future for any denomination. We currently offer $10 and $20 gift cards, or a combination thereof. Great for special occasions, a thank you, or simply as a loving gesture.

Q. Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. You will find it on the back of our business card. On each visit ask for the card to be “punched”. Once you have 10 punches, a free small cup or cake cone of your favorite ice cream will happily be provided. Thank you for being a loyal customer!

Q. How old do i need to be to work at Randy’s homemade ice cream?

Minimum age: You must be 16 years of age at the time of your application submission.  We’re always interested in awesome scoopers whom we have adorned with the title “Scoopologist”.  If you’re personable, can take direction, quick learner, likes ice cream, wants to learn, and strives to excel; we want you.  Apply on our website.
